Participation Opportunities
Explore the various ways to participate in and contribute to the conference.
There are several ways to participate in the AYU:VEDA. Every mode of participation is valued equally and carries the same conferment of official certification and access to conference proceedings.
Modes of Participation
Oral Presentation
What it involves
Deliver a 20-minute research talk in a structured session, followed by a 5-minute Q&A with the audience and expert panel.
How to participate
Submit an abstract through the portal. Upon acceptance, upload your full paper and register.
Poster Presentation
What it involves
Display your research findings in the dedicated poster exhibition area. Engage with attendees during scheduled poster sessions.
How to participate
Submit an abstract specifying poster format. Accepted authors print their A0 poster and bring it to the event.
Virtual Presentation
What it involves
Present your research via Zoom to the full conference audience. Receive the same certificate as in-person presenters.
How to participate
Submit and get accepted as an oral presenter, then select the virtual option during registration.
Listener / Attendee
What it involves
Attend all sessions, keynote addresses, and networking events without presenting. An excellent option for practitioners and early-stage researchers.
How to participate
Register directly without submitting a paper.
Publication Only
What it involves
Submit a full paper for indexed journal publication without attending the event in person or online.
How to participate
Submit your full manuscript and go through the peer review process. No registration for the event is required.
Workshop Organiser
What it involves
Propose and lead a focused half-day workshop or special session on a specific topic, subject to committee approval.
How to participate
Contact the conference secretariat with a workshop proposal at least 3 months before the event.
