Author Guidelines

Full Paper Submission Guidelines

Full paper submission is optional for delegates who wish to have their research published in the official GARI Conference Proceedings or GARI Journals. Papers are subject to a second-stage double-blind peer review and must strictly follow the formatting and structural requirements outlined below.

Manuscript Specifications

Format: Microsoft Word (.doc / .docx) exclusively. No PDFs accepted.
Length: 5 to 8 pages inclusive of all references and appendices.
Font: Times New Roman, 12pt throughout entire document.
Line Spacing: 1.15 globally. No double spacing before/after paragraphs.
Margins: Standard 1 inch (2.54 cm) all sides.
Language: English (American or British, consistent throughout).

Recommended Manuscript Structure (IMRAD)

Empirical papers are strongly advised to follow the conventional IMRAD structure to ensure logical continuity and to satisfy the indexing criteria of our publishing partners.

Abstract & Keywords

Follow GARI Abstract Guidelines. See Abstract Submission Guidelines.

Introduction

Research context, problem statement, objectives, and scope of contribution.

Literature Review

Critical analysis of prior related research establishing the theoretical and empirical foundation.

Research Methodology

Detailed procedures on data collection, sampling, instruments, and analytical tools sufficient for replication.

Results & Discussion

Objective findings followed by interpretation, comparison with prior work, and theoretical implications.

Conclusion

Summary of contributions, study limitations, societal impact, and recommended future research directions.

Figures, Tables & Visual Elements

All figures and tables must be embedded directly within the manuscript at their point of reference, centered.
Tables: Number consecutively (Table 1, Table 2…). Place the title above the table.
Figures: Number consecutively (Figure 1, Figure 2…). Place the caption below the figure.
Image Quality: Minimum 300 DPI (vector preferred) to ensure print legibility in proceedings.

Citation Policy — APA 7th Edition

GARI Publications strictly require adherence to the APA 7th Edition referencing style throughout the manuscript. In-text citations must correspond exactly to the full reference list at the end of the document.
